10 Years of FRC!

Today, Jana Fischer founded, owns and operates Fischer ReEntry Consulting, LLC (FRC, LLC) marking 10 years since its inception in 2016. FRC, LLC specializes in reentry, recovery, curriculum design and development as well as facilitation; collaborating with community reentry organizations and agencies. Taking the combined experiences of 20 years working with justice impacted individuals in correctional and treatment settings, Jana's work has been focused in the human services field in training facilitation and the utilization of evidence based practices. FRC, LLC has collaborated with community colleges throughout the state of Minnesota by offering continuing education credit curriculum offerings that FRC, LLC has created, published, and trains from extensively. FRC's efforts encourage people to take steps moving forward, creating plans of action and setting SMART goals.

FRC, LLC has developed a portfolio of trainings which are owned by the company and continues to collaborate with both private clients and public colleges as an instructor, developing training programs and curriculums that allow both employees and students alike to learn and improve on valuable, essential business skills. FRC, LLC continues teaching regular sessions of Criminal Justice Academy in collaboration with Bold North Recovery. FRC, LLC delivers training for St. Paul College and Ramsey County, and has been helping cohorts of students gain access to employment opportunities in the medical field through the Clinic Assistant Training Program put on by Minnesota Training Partnership and Health Partners. In addition to these continuing education opportunities FRC's main focus has remained working in the field of reentry with justice impacted individuals with AccessAbility and MNDOC.

Jana continues to forge FRC's mission to encourage, empower, equip and motivate individuals to further discover, grow and develop, by providing resources, education, and a new foundation for living a healthier lifestyle for many years to come.
