Today, Jana Fischer founded, owns and operates Fischer ReEntry Consulting, LLC (FRC, LLC) marking 10 years since its inception in 2016. FRC, LLC specializes in reentry, recovery, curriculum design and development as well as facilitation; collaborating with community reentry organizations and agencies. Taking the combined experiences of 20 years working with justice impacted individuals in correctional and treatment settings, Jana's work has been focused in the human services
