FRC - 2025 Year in Review

2025 YEAR IN REVIEW

Making a difference in Minnesota's justice-impacted communities.

Directly Impacting Lives

This year, FRC directly served 92 justice-impacted individuals, equipping them with crucial skills for sustainable employment. Our programming focused on identifying personal strengths, developing effective communication styles, managing conflict constructively, and building emotional intelligence for today's workplace.

Expanding Our Reach

Beyond our direct services, FRC indirectly supported hundreds more justice-impacted individuals through our growing network of partnerships. By collaborating with organizations throughout Minnesota, we've amplified our impact and created more pathways to successful reentry.

  • St. Paul College & MCTC (educational pathways)

  • AccessAbility, Inc. & Twin Cities RISE (employment services)

  • Ramsey County, MNDOC & DHS (government partnerships)

  • MN Training Partnership (skill development)

Professional Development Impact

In 2025, we extended our expertise to support over 260 professionals in Human Services across Minnesota, enhancing their ability to work effectively with justice-impacted populations.

  • Peer Recovery Specialists

  • Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)

  • Ramsey County customer service staff

  • MNDOC EMPLOY program staff

  • Medical Clinic Assistants

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move forward, we remain committed to expanding our services and deepening our impact across Minnesota. Thank you for being part of this journey—together, we're creating stronger communities and brighter futures for justice-impacted individuals.
