Time is always of the essence. There are four tips to keep in mind; they are:

*Know the objective/purpose of the meeting
*Have an agenda and stay focused and on task
*Respect the timeline; start on time and end on time
During this time of remote work and remote learning; it is essential to connect with your team and colleagues, check in on and with each other; as a leader it is important to share with your team when you are taking a break or will be out of the office. Encourage a good work/life balance for your team and colleagues and lead by example.
