Navigate lines below to see the registration policies as they apply to all trainings put on by FRC.

Cancellation of Enrollment by Participant – Refund Policy

Fischer ReEntry Consulting, LLC (FRC) relies on accurate registration counts to make important arrangements for our training programs. If a registrant needs to withdraw from a training program, they must inform us in writing via email 15 days prior to the scheduled training.

No refunds will be available for cancellations within 15 days of the training program.  No exceptions.  Please take this into account when you sign up for a training program. If you have cancelled ahead of that time frame and have received training materials, your refund will be less the amount of materials.

We cannot refund payments that have been made by debit cards regardless of when you cancel your training. We can only offer a credit towards a future offering. There is a $150.00 non-refundable deposit per participant.

Attendance

Participants must attend all 4 days of the Forensic Peer Recovery Specialist Academy training to meet the educational requirements to receive completion Forensic Endorsement certificates of training with CEUs. The Forensic Peer Recovery Specialist Academy training meets the educational requirements for currently Certified Peer Recovery Specialists to apply for a Forensic Endorsement.  Current Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS-MN) or a Certificated Peer Recovery Specialist Reciprocal (CPRSR-MN) credential is a pre-requisite to this endorsement. The Forensic Endorsement can be added to Certified Peer Recovery Specialist- Forensic Endorsement (CPRS-FE) and/or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Reciprocal – Forensic Endorsement (CPRSR-FE) credential(s) issued by the Minnesota Certification Board (MCB). FRC partners with Bold North Recovery and Consulting who is an MCB approved provider of the Forensic Peer Recovery curriculum.

Absence

If you miss any portion of a FRC’s Forensic Peer Recovery Training, for any reason, you need to speak with your FRC Authorized Facilitator immediately. It is up to the Facilitators' discretion how the material missed may be made up and this may include a makeup of time missed at an upcoming class.  CEU awards will be held until the missed time has been completed to the Facilitator's satisfaction.  FRC cannot award partial CEUs.
